A new independent family-run butchers, deli and grocery stall located in the heart of the market near the Port Arcades entrance.

Robinson Nicholls King founded by three lifelong friends – Dave Robinson, Mike Nicholls and Pete Wilton-King – together combine decades of experience with a passion for quality food, traditional service and supporting the local community.

Together, the trio bring well over 100 years of experience to the business. Dave is an experienced butcher with more than 40 years’ experience training and working in some of the country’s most prestigious butcher shops, while Mike has spent over 25 years as a professional chef and Pete brings over 50 years of experience as a chef. Their combined knowledge allows them to offer customers expert advice, exceptional produce and outstanding service.

Quality and traceability are at the heart of everything they do; all of their meat is fully traceable, giving customers complete confidence in where their food comes from. The team also proudly makes its own sausages in-house using traditional recipes and high-quality ingredients.

Alongside the butchery, customers will find a fully stocked deli offering home-cooked meats, as well as a fresh fruit and vegetable section, making Robinson Nicholls King a convenient one-stop shop for fresh, locally sourced produce.
