Hello there! I am Silviu and I am welcoming you, alongside the other traders, to Ellesmere Port Market where I have been trading for over thirteen years.
I am very passionate about cooking and that always reflects in the way I deliver our food to our customers – freshness, taste, quality and presentation are always at the core of our food preparation process.
Once solely a baked jackets shop, today, Laura’s Café offer has increased from freshly cooked breakfasts to paninis or toasties, freshly prepared sandwiches, healthy salad boxes/plates or our very popular and delicious omelettes.
But at the heart of our café, and always a favourite with our customers will be our baked in the oven jacket potatoes with various feelings that will leave you coming back for more. Some customers call them best in town, we invite you over and let you decide!
We stock our products from local farms, good reputation catering suppliers, local businesses and of course, our fellow traders.
Whatever the needs and wants of our customers, on and off the menu, our lovely staff will strive to accommodate that for them.
